I know nothing about astrology. Is it for me?: Yes. The second card explains every symbol in one line. You never need a chart or a birth time.
Is it personal?: No, and that is the point. The Moons and retrogrades are the same for everybody. For a planner written for your birth chart, look at the Book.
Which time zone?: Paris time (CET and CEST). Dates stay right for all of Europe.
